A coordinator is your direct link to the public notary. The end goal is a formal deed in the name of the buyer. The closing coordinator gets paid a participation fee from the notary where business is being done.
Note: You do not pay a public notary more for the use closing coordinator. Closing costs remain the same from start to finish of an operation.
