Can a foreigner exempt capital gains taxes in Mexico when selling a house?
Foreigners can exempt capital gains tax on real estate in Mexico only if they hold legal residency status (Temporary or Permanent) and have a Mexican tax ID (RFC).
-Must have a bill in your name with the RFC chain included.
-And a receipt from another address in your name.
