Hector was incredible and helped us find our dream home! We are just a couple blocks from the beach and have a pool right outside, and our place came fully furnished. We are renting our place to other people when we aren’t there, so it was very helpful to get an affordable home that came furnished and decorated and is in such a great location. We didn’t even have it on our list of places to visit with him but Hector heard about the open house and offered to show us just one more place - which turned out to be the one for us! Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Hector Garcia from Jalisco Real Estate highly enough! Hector truly went above and beyond every step of the way in helping us find our dream home in Mexico.

Even before we arrived, Hector put together a comprehensive list of properties tailored to exactly what we were looking for. He gave us detailed insights into each area, pointing out the pros and cons based on our personal needs. That level of care and attention made us feel completely confident and well-informed.

But Hector’s dedication didn’t stop there. After we returned home, he continued to handle everything seamlessly. He connected us with an excellent attorney to finalize the closing since we couldn't be there in person, ensuring the process was smooth and stress-free.

We had the pleasure and good fortune of having Hector Garcia support us in the purchase of a condo in PV.

Hector was professional and enthusiastic, willing to immediately explore properties we expressed interest in. This was especially important because we were not able to visit these properties ourselves.

Hector clearly has good connections in the PV realty community. He has quick access to developments and was able to secure quality answers to our inquiries from developers and selling realtors.

Hector was unbelievably amazing....went above and beyond....very knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to really answer all of our questions, helped us find the perfect home to spend the rest of our lives in! I strongly and highly recommend Hector to anyone, especially any US residents, looking to buy property in Vallarta. He was trustworthy, hardworking, knowledgeable, patient, kind and personable. This was my first property purchase in Mexico and Hector was able to help me with the language barrier and process of buying in Mexico. The pre scale condo I purchased took almost 3 years to build (because of construction delays on the developers behalf - not his) so I worked with him over many years and he was always dependable, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and accessible from the beginning to the end of the entire process. Hector had to deal with many frustrating issues because of the developer's actions and he always handled them kindly, swiftly and patiently. Muchas gracias Hector for all of your hard work. In 2019 Hector helped me to purchase a property in Puerto Vallarta, there were many issues with the Notarios office.
Hector has gone above and beyond what could be reasonably expected and finally obtained my deed for me this summer.
I rate him a big 5 and would recommend his office for your purchases at any time.

Since the early 2000s we had been “all inclusive” travellers for 8-12 weeks to PV.
We finally decided it was time to own our winter home.
While walking in Versalles we saw Jalisco Real Estate office and Jorge Téllez was available. He was super kind and helpful from day one.
It takes time to know what you really really want and what you definitely do not want, plus everything looks nicer in photographs. Jorge was very patient and took us to see several different properties since that first conversation in January 2023. One time he was a bit sick and Héctor García, the broker, picked us up to see a property. A very professional group.

The morning of our flight back to Canada on March 2nd 2024 we saw the property that said to our hearts: “YES!”. Jorge had the documents to make the offer already printed and signatures happened. Jorge is super kind and even stored a box with a present I got in another city, while we flew ready to wire-transfer.

Since this was not our first purchase in Mexico we presumed that end of March early April we were going to end this purchase. But delays happened from the seller’s side, not us. We forwarded to the extremely effective Closing Coordinator, Licenciado Francisco J Ruiz every document required by our Notaría ( # 8) and with the help of Licenciada Alina Venegas this purchase was just waiting for the seller’s required documents
Finally on March 15th 2024 we signed and we took possession of our ocean view condo next day.

If anyone asks us who would we recommend for buying a property in Puerto Vallarta-Riviera Nayarit area, we would immediately say: Jalisco Real Estate. They will make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, showing you the properties within your budget that best suit your needs and wants.

These wonderful people have bent backwards to help with this particular closing. The unfortunate delays from the seller were of concern and made the team work harder. But we are now enjoying our home and taking steps to make the changes we want to feel more comfortable. We are retired builders so we couldn’t help ourselves 😁
